Pricey but perfectly cooked steak, very interesting (in a good way) Brussels sprouts (capers! olives!) and a fantastic apple tart that's not drowning in sweetness. Service is a little overloaded when it gets busy and some tables suffered pretty long waits -- but when the food comes, it is very good.

Most of the food in whistler hasn’t been enough to write home about. But the meal at caramba was great! Especially the braised beef cheek bourguignon. I literally died of happiness tasting those flavours. We also got the chicken and that was delish too, especially the Brussels sprouts

For an après-ski chill, or for an après-anything, Caramba! is a great place to hang out. Not as loud as other spots, here you can actually hear a conversation and you are not shouting to be heard. Their Happy Hour is a good time to go there, tried 3 of their tapas and they were sensational: Patatas Bravas, their take on a Spanish classic, flavourful and nicely spiced; Calamari a la Plancha, great texture with their delicious garlic + lemon touches; Sautéed Garlic Prawns, the lemon herb butter is sinfully rich. Next time, we need to try their wood oven pizzas, they look fantastic! Happy Hour also includes a few specials on drinks, of course, all quite good. Their Jumbo Caesar includes 2 beef sliders, deep fried pickles and pepperoni... a winner! Prices are quite reasonable and the service friendly and attentive, definitely coming back... FYI, Covid protocols continue to be followed, have your face mask on when you come in, and your vaccine passport/ID ready to be checked.

Valentines dinner prior to going to a party. Had the calamari a la plancha, sautéed spiced jumbo prawns for starters. Mains included the caravan burger, and the cioppino. Everything was very good, but the calamari a la plancha was indeed out of this world, this is how Mediterranean calamari is cooked in my opinion.

Caramba is a french restaurant in the heart of Whistler village! Its famous for its pizzas and pastas. ?The building’s facade is made of stone and the atmosphere inside is so warm and cozy. Part of the kitchen is well visible for customers which is nice especially the wood-fired oven for pizza. ? Pizza’s bread is made from sourdough and professionally prepared and baked. If you are a fan of goat cheese, you’ll love the crispy lamb. ? The Spaghetti Pomodoro is a good option for pasta and its really delicious. Another good option is the Spaghetti & Meatballs. ? Tender Greens is a perfect salad with tasty yellow beets. Again, this is ideal for goat cheese lovers. Don’t miss the bread & Butter if you are hungry enough! Enjoy!

Visited this place on a short overnight trip to Whistler. Busy place, warm ambience. We made a mistake with our reservation but the restaurant was kind enough to accommodate us on such short notice. Food was pretty good. Fire wood pizza, fresh pasta and good sized steaks.

We hadn’t planned on stopping by Caramba but we were glad we did. This place has a mixture of different European cuisines. We had the tomato soup and the french onion soup and both were delicious, but the star of the show was the truffle pizza. Its probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had and one of the best in town for sure. Its not easy on the stomach for people that usually stick to a low fat diet but believe me its worth it. The server was kind and quick to bring everything out. Always smiling and being kind. Extremely recommend for big groups or couples.

We had an awesome dinner here! We ordered bread and calamari to start, tasted super fresh and delicious. My partner ordered the lamb pizza and I had the special which was a pasta with white wine and dill sauce with salmon and scallops. We were happy with the main courses. My partner said that pizza is on his top 3 list, which says a lot. For dessert we had the tiramisu which tasted fresh as well, it was light and a good end to dinner. For drinks my partner had a pick me up and we shared a pitcher of red sangria. Good drinks to go with our dinner on our first night here. Service was great. The staff are attentive and super sweet. I will definitely be back!
