The team at the clinic has always been responsive and encouraging. It is empowering to find a support team that understand the science of Obesity and helps patients understand the disease they live with while also offering practical guidance on how to navigate life. If you are looking for real conversations and are willing to play a part in your own success this is the kind of team you want to work with. Thank you for all you are doing!
M	Megan R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was excited to get started on my weightloss journey until I met Dr Wharton. He was demeaning, insulted my family doctor and was just an overall a$$hole. It's a shame because people go to this office to get healthier and when the owner talks to you like you're a complete idiot, it's a complete turn off. I will not be returning.

One time, I had the rudest male doctor I've ever encountered in my life. He mansplanned to me, was incredibly rude and condescending and sarcastically told me that "we can do more than walk 4 k a day can't we??" Don't remember the doctors name exactly but EXTREMELY rude.This place is okay as long as your fine with dealing with someone else every time. Hopefully you don;'t get this rude male doctor !!

I'm looking forward to having positive and lifelong results. Lori Clarke I'm a patient now and have been since last April. I'm now 17 lbs from my original goal which for a 64 year old I thought was very reasonable. I can't wait!!! Who knows, I might lose more weight when I do reach my target weight. !!! I'm enjoying having to buy smaller sizes ?
E	Emily Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! The doctor I spoke with talked over top of me, would not let me speak and then hung up on me. I would consider that very unprofessional behaviour. He generalized that all people with weight issues stemmed from lack of taking care of themselves. No consideration for medication, metabolism, sleep deprivation, stress or any other factors that may contribute. No empathy, no support. I have never written a bad post on any matter, but I have to say I was very insulted. This individual is in the wrong field.

She had the wrong number and also didn’t contact me by email about the appointment. She also mentioned one person talking, but she was clearly raising her voice like she is a new parent. I don’t like this tone and she gives the entire clinic a very poor service review. Her tone was actually very loud and I left the university early to reach out to this clinic. Clearly, I was given the wrong time for this appointment. I will go elsewhere for proper medical treatment.
