I dealt with Matt and he was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and really knows the product. Westside also met the delivery schedule which was greatly apreciated.

Great service, dealt with Kevin who is a wealth of knowledge. We very much appreciated the time he spent we us to ensure we made the right selection for our home. Windows and doors got installed last month and looking great.

Had great experiences with Westside. They've done a few jobs for us over the years and have been prompt, thorough and professional. Stephen and his installation staff deserve special mention, as they've been understanding of the issues at hand, doing whatever was necessary to accommodate. Well done guys...the world needs more businesses like yours!

I contacted Westside Window and Door in March about a custom project. Stephen promptly responded, pleasant to deal with, and provided me with a quote. On May 31st Stephen sends an email stating the windows are ready and install would start on June 22nd, I confirmed this with him on the same day. June 22nd arrived and no install crew showed up, when I phoned Stephen he said 'I never heard back from you', when I sent him the email thread with my response on the same day all I got for a reply was 'thats weird'. This pushed the three day install back to July 12th. A fantastic group of guys show up to complete the install and then hit me with news that three of the six windows are the wrong dimensions at the end of the second day. The lead installer felt absolutely awful about the situation and assured me that a 'rush' would be put on the rebuild. Well that was back on July 12th. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks I tried to contact Stephen and left a voicemail requesting an update. Nothing, no response, ZERO. On September 16th, more than two months after they left my build, I followed up with an email again requesting an update. So, if your looking for a company to do half a job and abandon you, well then Westside Window and Door might be the company for you. An absolute shame that the management seemingly don't care half as much as the quality work put in by their installers.

Don't bother with this company!! There is zero service and non professionals! Nobody picks up the phone and when left messages, no-one calls back! And once you somehow do get in touch with them, there was a promise they didn't keep. We were in the market for windows AND doors and went with another company who were friendly, honest AND capable!!

Choosing Westside Window and Door Ltd. was the perfect choice. From the moment we met Camille and Stephen, we knew that we were in good hands. Westside provides top of the line products that arrived prestained and finished. This was a huge relief for us as we didn't want the hassles of restaining wood in the house. They were able to match an existing double hung window design and replicate the original look we were trying to achieve. Also, two of our windows required removal of stain glass from the previous windows and reinstallation into the new models. Stephen was able to successfully pull this off with beautiful craftsmanship and skill. Westside has experienced installers who know what they are doing. Their attention to detail and clean up was greatly appreciated as this installation took a few days. They tried very hard to accommodate our our work schedules to assist us during the pandemic. Their efforts did not go unnoticed. We are grateful for all they did to make this as stress free as possible. Great spirit and teamwork! Thank You Westside! We are thrilled with our new windows!

Truly an awful experience. Stephen, who is supposed to be a part owner or manager at Westside was easily available throughout the quotation process but completely disappeared after we signed off on the work. Our installation was continually delayed. Poor workmanship and damage to the drywall throughout the home. Installers left the house dirty after each day and were often unmasked in our house during the height of the pandemic, regardless of the fact that I am at a high risk of serious illness from COVID-19. The work dragged out and was completed months after anticipated. At the end, we were unsatisfied and Westside hadn't even provided all of the window screens that were required. Half a year later we listed our home and the buyers insisted on having the final missing window screen. My fiancé and I had to hound Westside over and over again to get the final screen. Over a year after we squared up with Westside, Stephen me sends an email demanding an additional $1,200.00+ in the next 7 days or else he would hand us over to a collection agency. His justification is that there was an accounting error on their end and the cost to paint the front door was not included. Over $1,200.00 to paint the front side of our front door? Over a year after the installation was supposed to be completed? Threatening to send us to collections after making ZERO previous attempts at contacting us? What a crock. Do not work with this company. Save yourself the headache. The original quote may seem more competitive, they may give you a more competitive timeline but it's a farce. In the end we spent just as much, waited even longer, dealt with poorer quality and endured an awful experience.
