We live a couple hours away from the store, the item was only a couple hour fix and with current situation service is very busy. Instead of just taking it in they fixed it right away and saved a trip back. The service staff were great and management is friendly! Awesome experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we had a quad with many issues that kept amounting as they investigated, had to deposit up front for parts. Later more issues were discovered and it was decided not to bother with repairs, upon picking up the vehicle it took over 45 minutes just to get the paperwork and refund of deposit. They do have some beautiful ladies working in the shop in nice outfits and high heels ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was geat until i noticed items that was supposed to come with the boat they changed them.When i contacted them in September to correct a simple problem have got the run around..I have to ask this person,i have to ask that person,it states right on the bill of sale what i was supposed to have yet they continue to give me run around 5 months to fix a simple problem an they refuse to fix it. All this over 2 batteries they owe me. UPDATE...I contacted the General Manager Ben and amazing customer service he gave me after listening to my problem he asked for a few days to figure out what was going on and then he called me an problem solved 5 days an he had my situation fixed I cant thank him enough for getting it done. So I've changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star based on the customer service Ben provided to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you decline the approval because they gave you false information. They will continue to text you to try and justify there actions. You can't fix things with me, you need to fix your team. Its not like there still in training they know what there doing and should use the knowledge they have to help customers not just say things to get them to apply. If there not willing to be honest and use the knowledge they have at the very beginning of building a relationship with customers how can customers feel comfortable for anything else with your dealership. How is me contacting your team going to change how they do business for you.
