★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely disappointed with Main Jet Motorsports and Honda Canada. I purchased a Honda HHT25S weed eater in July 2017 for $435. It never ran properly since the day it came home with me. It is now November 2021 and it still doesn't run properly. After numerous phone calls, emails and another $215 for repairs that did not fix the problem. I don't have the weed eater as Main Jet has it and can't fix it! So I'm out $750. Main Jet Motorsports general manager said I'll just need to wait till they fix it! As if waiting since 2017 is not long enough. I am totally disgusted with Main Jet and Honda Canada for the way they have treated me! My money is good but the product and service is not. Buyer Beware!!!!! In response to your comment that I did not bring the weed eater back when I first bought it. The reason that I did not bring it back was because " YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOLD ME NOT TO BRING IT BACK BECAUSE IT JUST NEEDED TO BE BROKEN IN AND THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD RESOLVE ITSELF" Well it didn't!!! And furthermore I spent $215 on repairs that you recommended that did not fix the problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of today March 3rd my wonderful dealer at Main jet tracked down my dream sled pro rmk 155. It took Aaron a few days but he tracked it down and he gave excellent friendly service. I am so happy to have my dreamsled coming. So snow check is not over until the end of march so get on it and give Aaron a call at Main jet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some amazing customer service recently that I wanted to recognize. Along with making the process very accommodating for service on a vehicle, they went out of their way to notice and fill a flat tire on a trailer we were using to get the vehicle there. Outstanding work at Main Jet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dealership is above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Kevin was extremely polite and efficient. I live in New Brunswick and purchased a motorcycle from a customer of Main Jet. Kevin helped me with the purchase, crating of the bike and the shipping to a warehouse in Moncton. Without Kevin and Main Jet Motorsports the deal would not have been possible.Everybody I dealt with over the phone was very friendly. The fee charged was very fair. I wish these guys had a shop here on the East Coast. I would only buy from them and have my "toys" serviced by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have not had the pleasure of being in the company of all the staff at Main Jet Motorsports you are missing out. My experiences with this local shop have been nothing short of excellent.
I have never been treated so well when I had a mechanical issue with one of my machines.
This team is exceptional and went way out of their way to ensure I was up and running again the very next day, even though I dropped off my machine at the days end the day before!! This is unheard of and I have NEVER been so impressed.
I felt like I was the most important person at their facility and they went out of their way to be very clear in the communication from the onset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is above and beyond when it comes to customer service and the organization of operations. Their employees are very knowledgeable, approachable and extremely friendly. Their service team is very organized when it comes to communication between mechanics, parts orders and front counter service. It says a lot about a shop when the employees are not just salesmen/women. They too are riders and bush people that are out there all the time, just like their customers. I highly recommend shopping and ordering at Main Jet, even if you are not living in the Nelson BC area. They cater to out-of-towners too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop was great to deal with from the start. Was recommended some motorcycle tires that although where not what I originally had in mind, they ended up being what I really needed instead. They run better than I expected.
The parts department was very knowledgeable and the service department was super easy to deal with. Will be the only shop I trust with my families bikes moving forward.
