Oh can not forget the staff including the contractors that work there are always helpful. Even if your In competing trade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars because I really can't find much wrong with this place other than tight traffic patterns in the water.
Bought our boat from these guys and they were great to deal with, advice was spot on and we even used the canvas guy on location...really helps to have all these services here and good prices too.
I'm going to guess mooring here is pricey but hey if you are in the market and this location makes sense you get what you pay for.
Personally I try moor in at least brackish but I'd recommend for anyone that doesn't have a preference.
