★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic boat shop, and a relief to find. We had numerous issues with our 26' Regal, including water in the leg, and engine power loss and quitting. They repaired the leg by pressure testing, isolating a seal and replacing it. Then they attempted a sea trial, but our engine problem occurred so they pulled it back out of the water at about 10 am, put their diagnostic tool on it, isolated a faulty wire to the engine control, replaced that wire, and had it back in the water 3 hours later.
Awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were days when customer service was a top priority, when companies took seriously the business of ensuring their customers were happy with the work performed. Northshore Yachtworks has decided to take a step back in time to a place when people cared about people. Understandably, all companies must make a "living"....and while some decide to make a "large living" others decide (intelligently) to put the customer first....and this is what NSYW does. I will use them for many years to come, I suspect it's about relationships with this company.....and while $$ will always direct us in some ways.....I can see how this company will be here for many many years to come. I can only hope that this family business will be around when my children need boat service in the future. Thank Mark and all the great folks at NSYW!
