★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been lucky enough to moor Back in Five here since 2015. Fantastic location and great people. Bathrooms are well kept. Only improvement would be more parking or reserved parking for marina patrons.
Services at onsite Yacht Works is great too. Great service, honest people and fair prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A health and safety nightmare. Our boat power panel had caught on fire but did they fix it no’ so half of the panel was burnt down. Not to mention you walked over trash and electrical cabling all over the yard which if faulty will kill you instantly, the security, there isn’t any hahaha. It’s pure madness it’s like leaving Canada and going to the reclamation yards of Gujarat. It’s insane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lived here 5 months and my vehicle has been damaged/vandalised twice now and bumped/scratched several times - use a dash cam or arrange safer parking (being gated and secure, it’s other people we live around clearly). Some of the most passive aggressive people live here and they will punish your car if you make a mistake.
