The employees were efficient and very helpful getting the boat secured into our truck. We especially appreciated Dave's help (and kind manner) throughout the whole process. Thank you!

The only time someone did was during my most recent visit to replace a broken rod where he called over their fishing guy. The guy wasn't too helpful at first but once you got him talking it was fine.

I'll drive to another city to avoid this store again and tell others to do the same. So many times I just walk out because no one will help and if you do get their attention they are extremely rude and brush you away. It's like they don't want to take the time to sell anything. They would seriously be better off having no one on the floor than the two old grumpy guy's in the back. They have probably lost over $30K in sales to me in the last year alone.

Other than Jack who helped me (thanks jack) I have never seen a bunch of people who hated their job, meeting the public, answering questions etc I am In retail and I would fire the lot And this consistent for all 5 visits recently The worst experience ever

Bought there a handheld marine radio and after talking to some knowledgeable people decided to go with stationary one instead, came back to return it and the owner refused to deal with it even though at first he said his technician to check it and technician confirmed the box and the radio was untouched. This is the reason shop's like this loosing a much more serious business over little things like this and extremely poor customer servic, they never getting my business anymore!

He even helped me carrying all the supplies to my car (thanks a lot)! Other staff are very helpful as well. Highly recommend this place. Also on site parking is a huge bonus:)

I had very specific requirements for a marine hatch and couldn't find information anywhere on how wide the Bomar hatches would open. After much discussion about which hatch might be best for me, Dave actually took one out of the box, opened the hatch, and sent me a picture so I could be certain it would meet my needs. After that, shipping was quick. My only issue was with trying to find things on their website. Even when I knew exactly what I was looking for, I couldn't find it even with very specific keywords.
