★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I went in to Folgizan to update my license and renew my plates, but the teller neglected to inform me that one of my vehicle's plates recently expired. I thought everything was good to go, but 3 weeks later I got pulled over and was handed a ticket for $580 for expired plates.
After calling and speaking to both the manager and the person who "helped" me, they basically said that they can't be bothered to check if their customers have recently expired plates and only look at plates that are "due for renewal".
Hey Folgizan, your company policy of "put in the least possible effort" just lost you a customer for life (and anybody else that I can convince to switch to a company who actually gives a sh*t and takes pride in their work).

No running water/sewer issues at the apartment building and this outfit will direct you to a family/friends place as to coverage that you pay for.
Shame on you Westland/Folgizans Insurance or whatever you call yourselves.
I can think of some better fitting names at this point in time.
