Because he does sell used books, I asked if they range from 50 cents as some book stores do. He told me "if you are looking for charity, go to salvation army down the road". I said "I am just curious if they do range from that price and up?" He said, "I told you, if you are looking for charity, go to the thrift store down the street." I have never been in this store but I sure won't go now! That is ridiculous.

I came in with my daughter with the intention of picking out some colourful used reference books and children's novels. During our browse we were completely ignored until we were rudely reprimanded by the owner for something we did not do. Upon realizing his mistake he slinked off to the counter and refused to say a word to me or make eye contact for the remainder of our visit. The store itself is well stocked and interesting, the owner direly needs to work on his people skills. I will not shop here again.
S	Shane Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic used book store with a vast variety of genres. Found a book of Robbie Burns poetry, a book on competitive sailing and one on the Weyburn Inland Terminal. Thought that was pretty amazing.

Couldn’t find the materials I wanted but thats what happens at used bookstores sometimes. 3 stars because I went in with my tween boys and received a very frosty reception from the male attendant. The reviews about this place not being child or teen friendly seem to be true. Too bad...my kids are the children of a librarian and a teacher...they would have been great customers!
