★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bank for me. Got me through tough times. Staff in main street moose jaw CIBC are very helpful especially Kali and Tina. and Amanda. CIBC should be the number one bank in Canada. their CIBC Call center is helpful too. uhmmm, but CIBC should work on the parking space though, it's really disappointing. Backing up my vehicle in the back of CIBC is scary.because of the two electric posts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Penny is the name of the cibc moose jaw general manager who was really rude. She made snide and ignorant remarks on me. She is the most Disgusting employee I have ever come across. Shes probably between 50 and 60-ish years old , blonde, short. Hopefully she is not the general manager of Cibc moose jaw anymore. She is in dire need of training when talking to people especially customers that belong to the younger demographic.

Bank must have to hire more employees for front desk operations in the branch as this branch is a banking centre. And most importantly the employees have to be well trained to speak nicely with customers of different nationalities. I like CIBC but today i disappointed with the rude service of the staff.
