P	Pins Dine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last Sunday, Jan. 02, 2022 to dine with my wife.The reason of going there was, I was craving for Bhiryani. The place is so nice and cozy. Ordered Lamb Bhiryani while my wife got her Chicken Bhiryani. Carving satisfied. It was one of the best Bhiryanis I had. Plus factor the friendly Shivani who served us. Definitely will comeback for their chicken or lamb curry next time. Cheers spice hut resto. Love your place.

I ordered Tandoori Prawns, Chicken Masala, Garli Naan, and Chicken Biryani. Tandoori Prawns - 2 stars, it was like prawns marinated in turmeric and salt and then cooked in tandoor. Only strong flavor or turmeric. Chicken Masala - 0 star. The taste was like dessert. It was no way close to Chicken Masala. Very very sweet gravy with little undercooked Chicken. This is not an authentic Indian Cuisine. Garlic Naan - 0 star. It was like regular naan with finally chopped Garlic sticked on the naan and then cooked in tandoor. Not an actual Garlic flavored naan. Chicken Biryani - 0 star. I want to give negative rating for Biryani. Will not write details, I will only say maybe the chef doesn't know the authentic taste of Biryani or maybe the chef doesn't know what is Biryani. I am no competitor. I was just passing by Moose Jaw This was my first and last visit at this restaurant.

The price is above average than what I'm used to (from Regina) but overall, it was quite good. The service was a little slow but the food came out fast. The mango curry is a must try!

We are from Calgary and passing through we stayed the night in MJ and at 9:30pm we swung into Spice Hut. We were super happy we did! Everything was spot on. I got spicy BC and it was perfect! My wife got the Shrimp Biryani, really really good. Naan was made in house. Chicken was based in tandoori spices. Next time we pass through we will be back! Bathrooms were spotless and super clean. Restraunt was very clean. Excellent service. I popped my head into the kitchen- Spotless. Thank you again!

The Lamb was the prefect spiciness for my taste buds, rice was cooked to perfection and the naan bread was so fresh I could have eaten 20 of them. But the most amazing was the dessert, it was like I was at the heart of India having a late night treat of Gulab Jaman. The texture and flavour of sweetness are to die for. Was going in with low expectations and I was just amazed. Highly recommended it!
