โ โ โ โ โ Horrendous customer service at the Moose Jaw, SK branch. They don't care about helping customers at all. AWFUL!! I've had good experiences in other cities but it's been awful in Moose Jaw.

โ โ โ โ โ I will not use them again. Aside from the individual mortgage person Stephanie T. this bank has done nothing right in my mortgage process. They almost cost me the house I wanted because they "lost" the application in their computer the day it was due. All the tech support people just left and I was forced to "buy" another day from the sellers or I would have lost the house. On top of that they lost my physical credit card despite it showing up online in my accounts ,none of them seem to know where it is. I tried to open a US based TD account and their computer didn't believe it was really me, despite passports, driver's license, SIN card. Their whole system is sloppy and even when you complain they can't fix it. Still no credit card, no US account to transfer money to. No manager willing to step up and actual make a decision.

โ โ โ โ โ I got a rude phone call, while i was working. The person on the TD line, said "appointment at noon." That was it. Did say who she was, didnt understand her very well. All i got was TD bank. Appointment at noon. There was a big miscommunication, my son made the appointment, i wasnt informed. It was for a loan to help them buy a house. I. Am taking over a debt for them so they can afford this house. My son was dealing with Connie, this BO person, should not be dealing with Canadian customers until she learns to be professional and not rude. She should stick to Chinese clients and

โ โ โ โ โ Here is a very neurotic bank manager! Let me sigh, she has agreed to deposit for me, and then madly returned the money to me, not serving me!
I just want more people to know that the service of this bank is terrible. Of course, this is not the only bank, we have many choices!
