Scotiabank - Moose Jaw

2 times iTrade has referred me to this branch to have some minor iTrade issues dealt with. The 3rd time was today with an issue of a more serious nature and again I left the branch in discuss and frustration after being told they couldn't assist me. Come-on Scotiabank, get your act together. I would like to give no star, but don't have that option.

Always great customer service when I go, nice and clean would be five stars but very limited parking

Horrible bank. Long time customer treated horribly. Had to fight for a month to get cash back from cashback visa. Was lied to repeatedly about the status of my refund. Customer service is horrible and they simply do not care. They are a Big Red Bully

Not good service, constant employee roll over, never the same. Also never open, you pay fees to he able to do banking but you cant do banking because they are never open. Constantly change hours even before covid. Dont use this bank if you are looking, and if you already do kat time to switch. Every other bank in moose jaw open until 5, scotia open until 3. Every other bank open saturdays to better serve customers, scotia bank closed

Had a very pleasant and growing experience this afternoon with a lady with short red hair. I've been out of our regular branded deposit slips, and my superior instructed me to go in to the branch and ask for blank slips to hold me over in the meantime. The past 2 weeks i've went in twice and been told no we don't carry those, just a hard no making me feel stupid and out of place.(Not we used to, but not any more) only to go back to my boss and relay the message and he sends me back again and again searching for something that doesn't exist. From his understanding and the way he has done things in the past this was available. The lady today explained they used to carry these in the past but no longer do. which makes sense when explained. Not only did she clarify my confusion of 2 different messages, she helped me find a temporary solution to photo-copy an old existing slip (with the data cleared) and assured me i could use these to make drops. Having all that money in the bank reduced my stress and anxiety which has been building for weeks. I am not wanting to be held as a liability or at fault for thousands of dollars going missing, this is why we use banks, to feel comfort and satisfied things are in the right hands, is it not? Some of staff here are great, always kind and helpful, while others are rude, condescending and just don't care to take care of people. I am young for the position I am in, but believe me my confidence, drive and hard work has gotten me where i'm at. Don't under-estimate me or belittle me. HELP the youth grow and you will be surprised how our community develops rather than falls apart. I hope someone in management handles these reviews and passes this on to the lady that helped me today. I appreciate it. Thank you.

Is there a number for the front desk? Because I keep getting redirect to a call center?

We had mortgage fraud in March 2020. Which in turn jeopardized my credit. They compromised our information and are not correcting the problem. They are a terribly unethical bank. I will never be backafter we sort out this problem.

I walked in and was greeted right with a teller! It was great, she was super nice and knew exactly what I needed. Especially that I needed to change my old branch to this one she was very excited to hear about my engagement. Everyone there was so happy and inviting!
