Very poor service. Spent over an hour's with Renne only to have to chase him down cause he couldn't find a quote better than what I had and didn't want to call me. Best part is he got the wrong information completely and then tried to back peddle to fix it his mistake by saying we did something wrong. All we did was ask for a quote and give our information. If Renne is the scattered than we don't need him as our insurance rep when we have a time of crisis. Go elsewhere

While trying to obtain a quote from Rene Budge, he was very rude individual. I have never dealt with anyone like that before. He took my info an then proceeded to tell me that my past issues were my fault which had nothing to do with what I was calling for. I continued with trying to talk with Mr. Budge but he would just talk over me and not even listen to what I had to say. I was just calling for a quote. I will never EVER use a company who treats people the way Mr. Budge treated me!

Very quick and courteous service! I had e-mailed Renee Budge and he responded right away. We worked through a transition merging several polices into one concise and complete package for my personal & income property insurance. Very happy with the service I've received.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is not only extremely rude to its clients but now they are saying they are not recieving my money after it comes out of my account multiple times, PER MONTH (I am out over $1200 for two months not including January). I have paid twice for November, three times for December, and twice for January and I just recieved another letter saying no payment has been made. I have contacted Rose Charlebra multiple ties and when I send proof of my payments being made and money coming out of my account, from the bank itself, she says she still has not recieved them even after she replied to my emails saying she got them and tells me "you're wrong"? I was just on the phone with her and she refused to listen to me, kept interupting me telling me I was wrong and still owe money and my insurance is cancelled. So tell me this Gillions, how has the money come out of my account, my parents even contacted them making extra payments if it could have been my bank account which was the issue, which its not. Both myself and my parents have contacted her with proof of payments to which she responded saying she got them, and now she is telling me no payments were made... I have not had any issues dealing with anyone else except Rose. I just dealt with a very nice lady in Toronto who is from Gillions, she helped me with everything and no issues, except very slow replies and me still waiting for my settlement but thats no issue. Rose telling me I am wrong and not letting me tell her what the issue is and her trying to tell me I still owe money and theres no proof of anything and no payments have been made. So tell me this, where is my money going? If it is coming out of my account and says the payments have been made but then I get a new letter twice a month saying I have outstanding payments, WHERE IS THIS MONEY GOING? If you want a trustworthy company with nice employees, never deal with Gillions. If you want your money stolen from you and rude workers, be my guest but don't tell me you still owe money even though you paid. Highly dissapointed and outraged that so much money is missing and I still do not have insurance on my vehicle...

I finally smartened up and moved from these lazy people. Why lazy? They are too lazy to search for the lowest rate for me. Every year my premiums go up and up and up and up. it's 110% higher than anywhere else. I started with Thunder bay Insurance which was good. Every few years the company is sold and the customer services gets worse. It's clearly about building a bigger company to make somebody rich. Very pathedic operation. Also, Rose Charlebois is the lazy person who can't be bothered to do any pricing. Save yourself time, money and frustration and call Bel-Air direct. They are going to give you a better deal, why waste your day begging for pricing or somebody to to their job?
