★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Jones Ins. this past Thursday for auto insurance. I just moved back from BC a week ago and my BC car insurance expires tomorrow (Sunday), and I've been working back-to-back 12 hr shifts at my new job so I've been unable to take any time to switch my license over and insure my car here. I left everything very last minute, but Susanne accommodated me that same day. I had to gather some documentation and I knew she was very busy, but it was no matter; she knew it was important for me to be able to drive to work this Monday, and she squeezed me in 15 mins before their closing time on Friday so I could sign everything. She even stayed after closing time and ensured that I understood all of the terms. She was also very personable. This scenario was beyond stressful for me as allowing auto insurance policies in a difference province to elapse creates a whole new problem. Susanne stayed late on a beautiful sunny Friday and absolutely went out of her way to help me. I'll be a forever client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I have been with Jones & Associates for a few years now and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. We used to be with Allstate but became very dissatisfied with them due to repeatedly not receiving call backs for our inquiries and just generally being treated poorly. At Jones they are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. However, what allows them to leave the competition in the dust is that they actually treat you like a person instead of a number. I would never go back to a "big box" insurance company after seeing what they have to offer and I would recommend them to anyone. We deal directly with Jordan Zuke and he is fantastic! Oh and did I mention that they are cheaper too?!

Shawna responded to me by email, v-mail, text, snail mail and ALWAYS within less than 24hr. I had to "deal" with another employee bc Shawna was on holidays. Let's just say I'm TEAM SHAWNA.
