★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to order a breakfast combo and wanted to swap the bacon for tomato slices (I'm vegetarian) the worker told me that was not possible... Never had a problem at any other AW location. Seems pretty absurd to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff are extremely rude, especially the supervisors, manager and assistant manager. They don't know how to talk in a friendly manner to other people, especially the juniors or trainees there. Their onion rings and hamburgers are just too oily, greasy and saucy and it'll definitely make you sick. If you value your health, then please avoid this place and go to a better joint. Their service is horrible as well, especially in the drive thrus. You can literally see a long line of cars piled up there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a fast food place, it's hard to beat. Quality products and the coffee was great! Service is great too. To nitpick, went to breakfast this morning and we were told it was not available because it was 11:08, 8 minutes late. We ordered the sausage and egg sandwich with coffee, which turned out much superior to McD. A cut above its competitors. Same goes for the Arthur St location except Memorial location you can get your own condiments instead of those wasteful plastic so-called serving size. Ketchup is French's and they have Splenda.
