★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oct 14 8 pm went to subway on Oliver rd ..had the worst service ever ..ordered 3 sub's 2 steak and cheese one cold cut ..all on flat bread ..flat bread was doughy he put 1/4 of an ice cream scoupe of steak on each half of the flat bread .because there was not enough for 2 full scoypes on each a little squirt of garlic aoili on all three bottle was empty nd wouldnt refill it ...these are the worst flat bread sub's ever ..I feed them ti my dogs ..cause they were so terrible I do not recommend the subway on oliver rd at all ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, Subway delivers. Fast, Fresh and Friendly staff. Service was excellent and my order was made quickly with care. Got home unwrapped my sandwich and bit into my delicious meaty meal and not a drop of sauce squirted out of it. Will definitely be going back to the Oliver road location in Thunder Bay, Ontario. 5 stars Subway. BRAVO

If you’re having a pleasant day and don’t want to ruin your day, avoid this place at call cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible costumer service. Lady was rude. Looks and sounds like a manager. So obvious they are not happy with what they are doing. I am diabetic and asking for a nutrition guide. I was told they dont know and they dont have nutrition guide and showed no care at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undercooked bread. When the “sandwich artist” was making my sub, I asked if that bread was okay, and the person didn’t hesitate to say yes. I get home the bread is doughy and spongy (and it was toasted)…. disgusting… $12 down the drain. Terrible customer service.
