About Wacky's Thunder Bay
Wacky's was established in December of 2007 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Being from Northern Ontario, we wanted to ensure we gave our customers the “Northern Ontario” feel as they dined with us.
We cover all of our walls in cedar logs, design all of our own custom wooden tables, chairs and bar tops, and accent the room with full character logs. We use mostly Northern white cedar to achieve this beautiful cozy Northern Ontario look.
We pride ourselves on having the friendliest, most caring staff around who will go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience with us is nothing short of a treat. We cater to families, large groups, sporting teams and sports enthusiasts alike. So, stop in and “Eat, Drink & Game On!”

Our menu items are family favourites and we have ample options to choose from no matter what your appetite desire's. When designing the Wacky’s concept, we knew we had to keep our sports fans in mind. What better combination for sports fans than ice-cold beer with many options to choose from! We have many great beers and craft beers available. In addition, we have big screen TV’s on all the walls surrounding the entire premises help capture all of that great sporting action. There is no better place to catch your favourite games than Wacky’s.
We carry a full menu consisting of hand-made juicy burgers, hand-breaded chicken fingers, creative sandwiches, fresh salads, unique poutines, one-of-a-kind appetizers, healthy wraps, 20+ flavours of fries and of course hand-tossed chicken wings and much more. 100+ flavours of wings on our menu we had to be creative! So mouth-watering, sticky, messy wet sauces and delicious dry seasoning flavours were called to action!
It is our teams' mission to ensure every Wacky’s guest leaves satisfied and we will leave no stone unturned when it comes to complete customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food! Try the egg roll chip nachos, you won't regret it!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was because they took the Black bean burger off of the menu. For someone who isn't into the beyond meats and alternative meats (I'm not a vegetarian), when I tried the black bean burger, I honestly fell in love! I wish they would bring it back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered to my hotel room, a vegetarian option from wacky wings after being stuck in t-bay for Christmas Eve. The wings came as meat so I emailed as everything closed by the time it arrived. Let the manager know I was upset - everything in the city was closed by that point as it was Christmas Eve - so I had apples and vending machine candy for dinner. Zero response 4 days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had her 6th birthday party here. The servers were very nice, the food was good enough, and the overall experience was very convenient.
It's easy to overspend on the video games for the guests because who can say no to little cute kids running out of plays on their cards? Not me, so, there's that to consider.
Wacky's was excellent about accommodating additional guests, which was a definitely bonus and stress reliever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to go to a local place. It's a lodge kind of atmosphere. The restaurant area we ate in was separate from the gaming area for kids. It wasn't too loud as a result. The food was decent bar food. There were a lot of wing flavors you choose from. Some 80z music videos were playing on the TV which was perfect for us. Great place to stop in and grab a bite after a long day on the road.

Every other time I came to wacky’s, the current screen I would be watching would get turned off and the servers would state they couldn't control it. This time, Tony, the manager, changed the screen showing the sporting event to the hockey game that was on all of the other screens. He didn't really consider the customer's preference, as I asked to change the channel back and he was rude about it. he caught an attitude when I asked and made me feel unwanted. The AC was then turned on directly over my table, further causing discomfort to me and my companion. I felt discriminated against due to my sports preference and hope that no one else has to go through the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome!!! The food tastes great and the atmosphere and staff are even better! We shared a 2-4 Platter and Garlic Parm Fries, SO good!! We tried two of the wing sauces, and we couldn't get enough!
There's so much on the menu to try and we wanted to try everything!
I will DEFINITELY be back if I'm ever in town!
