I have tried coffee at plenty of different roasters in Canada such as Pilot, Sam James, Bridgehead and much more, but St Pauls has been my favourite. I was in Thunderbay and decided to visit as it was close by and got a Peru pour over and was impressed. The coffee was so well balanced that I could easily drink it black. Every-time I visit Thunderbay this is my go to place for takeout coffee and I love it so much I grab a bag to take back with me to Toronto. They take coffee very seriously and one of the workers (maybe owner?) was nice enough to explain to me their pour over process. They have a special machine that he programmed himself in order to produce the perfect cup of coffee.

Always fresh roared beans, the staff are knowledgable friendly and go out of their way to make you the best coffee I’ve ever had. Unlike other coffee shops, the only thing they focus on is great coffee. Highly recommend Cortado, Flat white, the pour over and the cold brew.

T	Tahmidul Islam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly get my beans from St Paul, and all of their beans are pretty good. This medium dark roast one from Guatemala is my favourite. Can’t say their cappuccinos are very good though. Maybe it’s because I generally don’t like dark roasts.
