★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started a new policy in December and got charged twice said I pay a month behind which no insurance companies do. Ripped me off from $260 at Christmas they don't care they just want your money if u can find somewhere else for insurance please do as they will scan anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was helping my Dad to update his auto/home insurance today. I called his insurance company, which is Westland. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Fisher. As I told her on the phone, she is the most pleasant person I have dealt with over the phone in a very long time. Jennifer is not only very pleasant, but very competent at her job. She was able to explain everything plainly so we could easily understand it and we had complete confidence that she knew what she was talking about. Lastly, she did everything she said she would after she got off the phone and emailed me all the info and documents I needed very promptly.
If you are in the market for insurance in the Sundre area and you want to deal with someone that is a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend giving Jennifer a call.

She answered all my questions no matter how busy she was and took the time to take my call.
