J'attends des retours d'appel depuis plus de trois mois. Personne ne me rappel. Le plus pathétique, c'est que je fais affaire avec eux depuis des années, et que je leur ai donné plusieurs milliers de $ en contrat. Je n'ai qu'une seule recommandation : FUYEZ!
This company does not follow up. The service is of very poor quality, in addition to being totally absent. I really do not recommend this insurance company. I have been waiting for call returns for more than three months. No one calls me back. The most pathetic thing is that I have been dealing with them for years, and that I have given them several thousand dollars in contract. I have only one recommendation: ESCAPE!

No follow-up I've been waiting for a return call from them for literally 6 months. Even after calling almost every day never back. I do not recommend this company to any trainer.
