★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai appeler la semaine derniere pour faire une soumission pour mes assurances autos et habitations, je suis tomber sur un courtier du nom de Ahmed et serieusement ce courtier ma donner un service hors paire il m'a expliquer tous les protections et me suggerer quoi prendre comme couverture pour la premiere fois que je fais affaire un bureau de courtage je suis habituer de faire affaire avec des assureur direct, j'ai jamais ete bien informer par un agent qui connais bien c'est affaire je dois vous felicité d'avoir un tel agent, attentionner, qui prend le temps de tous expliquer chaque couverture. dommage que la prime etait tres élevé car c'est sur que j'aurais changer pour aller vous. mais c'est sur que je vais lui refere des amis et familles pour qu'il s'occupe de les aiders a trouver des bonne assurance. mais c'est sur que je vais le recontacter l'année prochaine et je veux faire avec lui seulement.

I called last week to make a quote for my insurances cars and homes, I'm falling on a broker named Ahmed and seriously this broker give me an unparalleled service he explained me all the protections and suggest me what take cover for the first time I'm dealing with a brokerage I'm used to doing business with direct insurer, I've never been well informed by an agent who know well it's deal I have to congratulate you for having such an agent, watch out, who takes the time to all explain each cover. pity that the premium was very high because it is on that I would change to go to you. but I will refer friends and families to help carers find good insurance. but I will contact him again next year and I want to do it with him only.

Je sais que le premier était assez incendiaire MAIS le directeur de l'entreprise m'a contactée directement et nous avons eu une conversation très respectueuse, ouverte et très honnête. Cela a été une réelle surprise et cela est très encourageant de savoir que le client est vraiment considéré et qu'il n'est pas juste un numéro au bout d'un courriel.
Monsieur Daniele Famiglietti a démontré qu'il avait son entreprise à coeur avec le désir qu'elle se développe sans perdre le contact humain.
I really need to change my message and my opinion. I know the first one was pretty inflammatory BUT the company manager contacted me directly and we had a very respectful, open and very honest conversation. It was a real surprise and it is very encouraging to know that the customer is really considered and that he is not just a number at the end of an email.
