★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deb scheduled a viewing on my home, thru my realtor.
I was given 6.5 hours notice on this viewing to have a "no show" within their alloted time frame. They Showed up 36mins afterwards!
When I asked my realtor what happened and who's fault this was cause I may of lost a sale because of their negligence. She responded the shingles needed to be done and theres no alley way.That information was stated on the listing, possibly the showing realtor was going to use my home as a comparable and/or never looked over the specs prior to recommending it.
Due to them showing up late,they were unable to access into the home, therefore they judged the house based off the outside....wasting my time.

We had a very good conversation and Tom gave us a great impression how to overcome the challenging
life hazard. I never forget his kind and wise advice which helped us out to move on the new life.
Today, while I was talking about our past journey to my son, I think of them with a great respect.
