In my travels I have very seldom experienced the level of hospitality that I enjoyed tonight at Cedars Pub in Sundre, AB.
The staff and management went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They made sure my every need was met.
I have decided this establishment is on my 'must see' list for personal travel going forward.
Thanks folks. You will see me there more often in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get to stop in Sundre very often for over nights. Got to stop in and tried the nachos, Mac and cheese balls and the steak sandwich. Everything was perfect. Very good beer selection from numerous breweries. Would recommend this place to anyone passing through sundre. Amazing service and amazing food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. It has great food, good times and awesome owners. The Pickle pizza is amazing(thanks Chris for putting it on the menu) as well as the Teriyaki Chicken Ceaser Salad. The atmosphere here is second to none. My favorite place to hangout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time visiting.. I ordered a foothills burger.... It was my mistake because I didn't look close enough at the menu... So plain, no tomato or lettuce, bun was like wonder bread with some melted butter on top... The wife ordered a beef dip.. It looked fantastic but her second half was over plastered with horse radish so she couldn't finish it.. The onion rings were under done and the batter was mushy... We were treated fairly.. Will possibly try again as maybe it was a new cook
Update. Thanks for the reply Nicky... I know you are a small business so I will definitely try you again.. We are in the area every week or two but I don't expect any different treatment so I will not expect you to make it up to us. We will order something different as I don't expect a menu to be changed for us. Everyone has their own tastes. The point of my review is/was to make sure someone wasn't slacking off. Keeping employees/management at the top of their game is so important now with customers only getting to have a rare treat out. I saw some other meals pass our table and said "wow, I should have ordered that" I have updated to 4 stars and will re-evaluate next visit. Thanks for caring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic place! We came here to watch a hockey game and had a wonderful time. The appetizers we had were great (mozzarella sticks and mac n cheese balls). I don't tend to order fried food, but this was delish and not greasy at all. Wide selection of drinks as well.
The bartenders, Hannah, Emma and Zoey were super awesome! They were very friendly, attentive, and provided top notch service! We also had the opportunity to meet the owner, who was very welcoming. Cedars will definitely be our go to place for a good night out.
