She made the transfer of insurance and cancellation of insurance easy and stress free which was great for me. Carol was able to get me a premium that was affordable. Her warm, friendly personality was a delight to work with and her excitement for me was genuine and real. You can tell she loves what she does!! Carol not only took the time but was great at explaining the insurance realm to me so that I was able to understand and choose insurance that was best for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Glad we moved our accounts here, where an actual person answers the phone - which is something businesses don't seem to think is important these days. (It is, by the way.)
The attention to detail for proper coverage in our policies is really appreciated for someone as insurance-illiterate as myself - and any changes are dealt with promptly. It's just nice not to feel like you're 'bothering' someone with questions or wanting clarification. ;-)
Would definitely recommend these folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in 5 times to change my address before it was actually done, haven't been sent important insurance documents, haven't been sent insurance slips after requesting them and being told they would be sent.
Currently waiting at the dealership for over an hour waiting for insurance slips so I can leave in my vehicle but still have not received them after calling 3 times today.
This company is a joke. Deal with a professional company instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I've dealt with Western Financial for over 15 years now. They used to be great and the Olds office was fantastic. This last year the company seems to have been restructure, olds office is unreachable by phone, get directed to a general line (Which is fine, if they did anything). Was looking for home insurance as I purchase a home. It took me 5 weeks to get a quote (And allot of un-answered email and calls), and 6 days before possession I had to drop western financial because they are still unresponsive to this date (Would cost me the home purchase if I didn't leave them). By far the least professional and reliable insurance brokerage company today... Would be 0 stars if it wasnt for them being decent until the last couple years.

Not worth the time and energy trying to get confirmation on initial coverage, after months of trying to get firm answers - gave up, went to another business that did in one day what they couldn't seem to be able to do in a few months. Lots of moving you to different staff members and then have to start all over again with information. No consistency. Their staff does not seem to have any internal communication and there is no communication with you unless you keep contacting them. Terrible experience. Have had insurance for 40+ years...never seen anything like this chaos before.
