★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had repairman out to look at my stove as it wasn't heating properly. Was told he'd be out "next week" which turned out to be 2 weeks later only after I phoned again to see when he was coming. Charged $125 for repair which never solved the problem. He said he wasn't trained to deal with my brand of stove. Very disappointed. Had another local repairman out and he pinpointed the problem in 15 minutes, ordered my part, and within a week my stove is up and running again. Will not be dealing with this appliance repair shop. We had repairman from A & S come over and he knew exactly what was wrong. Wish I would've contacted A & S in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We required warranty repair on a dishwasher. After 9 months of messing around with this company we finally just hired their competitor who provided immediate and correct service. This companies tech was a nice fellow but the owner(s) could not care less. Every phone call was a run around. In the end they kept saying they were just waiting on parts to arrive when in actuality they hadn't even ordered them. Don't waste your time with these guys and request A&S instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband phoned them January 4th. Talked to a gentleman. Told him the issues with our fridge. The guy took his info said he would call back. A week later my husband phoned again. Talked to someone. Again the guy took his info said he would call back. January 20th I called the guy took my info said he would call back right away. That was more than 24hrs ago. Still waiting. Customer service is terrible vwish there was another option in town as I will never call or recommend them to anyone.
