OUR VISION is a community where everyone can attain a home.
The Moose Jaw Housing Authority has been entrusted by the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation to manage and maintain over 800 housing units in the city of Moose Jaw providing quality, safe and affordable housing for the benefit of low-to-moderate income seniors, families, and persons with disabilities.
The Moose Jaw Housing Authority also manages over 100 housing units on behalf of the Moose Jaw Non-Profit Housing Corporation and for Blanchard Holdings Inc. which are also targeted to persons with low-to-moderate incomes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On October 30, 2018 at approximately 3:00 pm. The resident caretaker entered my unit without my knowledge and permission and then told me about it afterward. The Saskatchewan Residential Tenancy Act states: Landlords right to enter a rental property. Unless the tenant gives permission to enter, landlords must provide, a Notice of Entry form 24 hours in advance and not more than seven days before they enter a rental unit. Also when I spoke to the tenant representative today regarding this issue I enquired about why to date my floor in kitchen has not been repaired yet * ( that I feel is a safety concern) and also brought this to her attention over a year ago the response was well you are getting a new kitchen. I live on the 4th floor so that's not going to happen for another 2 years.

Even though I have to wait for my house to sell before my move; I am convinced this office cares about welfare.
