★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the service amazing. I thought that it had a really nice feel and everyone was super nice. I got a full set of acrylics and within the first week one of my nails cracked. I called and they had no problem fixing the nail free of charge. But a week after that the bail completely broke and most of the other nails began peeling at the edges. Great service but not great quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Lisa!!! I have been going to Westdale Nails for over 3 years now. Lisa is the sweetest owner and does an excellent job on making the nails look perfect. She takes personable time to make sure that you are happy and is a perfectionist when it comes to shape, and appearance. She is gentle, and is very nice. I keep coming back because of her wonderful service and how clean the girls keep the salon. The other nail ladies are also sweet but I highly suggest booking your apt with Lisa as she is the best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to see Lisa for a while now and am always so happy with my nails (both hands and feet)! She is very friendly, quick, and does a great job plus the salon is very clean and well maintained. Cost is comparable to most nail salons in the Hamilton area but I find the quality and overall experience to be much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean facility, but unfortunately the shellac manicure only lasted a few days. Most of the polish came completely off after the third day. Ended up taking it all off and going to another establishment to redo. Also found that they were quite rough with filing. Sadly, very disappointed and won't be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to enjoy some much needed Mommy time again here and it was well worth it ! The ladies once again out did themselves. I love the results if my full set acrylic nails and experiments with new colour and design! Especially during this time I was glad to support a local business. They were very well organized and clean. Ensured safety distant and masks. But still made you feel relaxed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place for 2 years because of the low price and the proximity. But over these 2 years I have been subject to the most unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The staff are extremely rude and harsh with their work.They do not treat me like any other customer because I am young and a student, so I am guessing mu opinion of them does not matter. When it comes to their nail work; it is extremely poor. The gel nails come off in a week. The acrylics tend to break easily and have the weirdest shape, most usually they are uneven. To confirm one of the reviews left on here, yes, they do gossip about their customers. Once they were commenting on one of their trans customers while she was still getting her nails done. I have stopped going here when one of the nail ladies shouted at me when I happened not to hear her. My last by far was the worst one. My friend needed to remove her acrylics and it was close so we went there. HER ACRYLIC NAILS WERE TAKEN OFF WITH ACRYLIC FAKE NAILS. YES THAT’s RIGHT, the machine was used minimally. The nail tech pulled out her acrylics by sticking in another acrylic nail between her actual nail and the fake nail. My friend was in very apparent pain and there was bleeding to which the nail tech did not react to in any way. Do not come here
