S	Sierra Wildrose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is a kind, caring environment that is run and staffed by honest, dedicated professionals. They take your health and best interests to heart. I should've written this review about 4 months ago, I feel awful that it's taken me so long to review my remarkable experience here. I came to this clinic in crisis a few months ago. I was not a previous patient and the waiting room was busy. I was quickly given privacy and treatment in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Reception/ nurses were welcoming and knowledgeable and a doctor saw me right away. I was heard, I was comforted, I was treated with respect and the Dr's exam room manner was refreshing and sincere. I have always struggled to ask for any help, especially when it comes to certain things, but that day, the entire staff made me feel like I mattered and they saw what I needed. I was able to return to work later that day. The owner shows pride in her clinic and was very engaging with myself and her staff. I received a call to check on how I was doing the following day which was a nice surprise. I wouldnt hesitate to return here. I have told many people of my experience here and would like to find a GP at this clinic so I can switch from where I've been going for 15 years. Thanks again for seeing me that day. I'll be back and wish you all the best!
D	Dallas King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal patient for many years and I have had good experience with Dr. Jassi for the most part but the front staff are absolutely infuriating. They are immature and lack the common compassion that should be required to do their job. I have been hung up, mocked and laughed at by them for years but stayed due to Dr. Jassi. *****(Check the other bad reviews that are conveniently at the bottom of the page). I found out I was pregnant and also had fibroids after being admitted to emergency the day before and almost needed a blood transfusion, I was told to follow up with my family Doctor who is virtually impossible to get a hold of (… half the time because the staff doesn’t answer the phone and let the phones ring non stop - you will witness that in the waiting room). I explained my situation to the receptionist and that I was losing blood still and needed to talk to him ASAP and was worried for my life: the staff said he’d call me the next AFTERNOON when I was shocked and upset at the lack of HASTE OR CARE FOR MY SPECIFIC CASE considering almost DYING AT EMERG THE DAY PRIOR - the receptionist SNICKERED at me and hung up. I then called back and they ignored my calls before someone picked up and then had the audacity to tell me I WAS ABUSIVE TO THEIR STAFF! Look at half the reviews - they are similar to mine regarding the disgusting immaturity of the front staff. This is a grossly unprofessional medical clinic and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. I will be reporting this dangerous conduct and encourage anyone who enjoys a respectful environment when receiving their healthcare to STAY CLEAR OF THIS CLINIC!

Can’t even fax over patient documents when PAID $50 FOR THEM to be transferred to a different doctor that has more care and respect. Withholding medical documents is serious, I paid $50 for that service and they can’t even do that. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Dr Jassi cares, he takes time to listen, he explains everything and discusses everything with his patients, my mom and my children have switched to him because of his kind and caring attentiveness. He reminds me of my 1st Dr here, Dr F Moriarty. They have great Dr's and a wonderful psychiatrist that works great with children, amazing, kind staff, an all around perfect 10

Super quick wait time, I was out within a half hour. Ladies at the desk are super lovely and the female doctor (I didn’t get her name, unfortunately) was very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back to this location. 10/10. Thank you ladies!!
