I had to book a hearing test for a government form and they were extremely accommodating to my schedule as well as making me feel welcome and at ease. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Patricia helped my father-in-law get through the approval process for WCB Alberta, even though Gordon lived on Vancouver Island and at the outset she didn't expect that he would ever be her client. Gordon was so impressed, he decided he only wanted to deal with Dr. Patricia. She fit him during visits to Calgary and would mail him batteries and other items to support his hearing aid use. Communicating with him over the phone became a whole lot easier, all because Dr. Patricia was willing to go the extra mile. I have no hesitation recommending her to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ear got plugged while on a trip to Calgary, the walk in clinic I went to couldnt flush it out, the pain was horrible so I gave Audia a call. From the man working at the front to the doctor who successfully flushed my ear out I have nothing but amazing things to say about these people. Very kind, professional and you can tell they're passionate about their work! No complaints at all they are amazing people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of Audia Hearing Care Centre for several years. Recently I decided to upgrade to the top of the line Phonak Audéo B-90, a rechargeable and self-adjusting unit sold and serviced by Audia Hearing Care Centre. You do get what you pay for. The ability of this hearing aid to automatically adjust to different listening requirements is amazing. Charge them over night, put them in and forget them. They are like not having a hearing aid at all. Indeed I sometimes wake up in the night or find myself in the shower and then discover that I still have them in.
I have always had great customer service from Audia Hearing Care Centre. Patricia and Garth feel like family. They have gone out of their way on many occasions to provide service above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot recommend them or their products more highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a new Audiologist since moving out to Calgary. These guys are really great, it is a 'mom and pop shop' operated by a husband and wife. They offer the majority of hearing aid brands, are very competitively priced to other audiologist clinics out there (I checked all the clinics in Calgary) and will even negotiate further. Also nice people with lots of booking times available.
While they do not offer extended warranties, I feel extended warranties are a waste of money; no different then an electronics store offering an extended warranty on home electronics that you never use. Most mechanical/electronic issues will pop up in the first 3 months. They do offer a battery package if you are interested, though I go to Costco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worn hearing aids in both ears since 2000 and have tried 3 other audiologists before finding Audia Hearing Care Centre in 2008. Patricia is a no non-sense straight forward professional who has provided nothing short of excellent service in all manners related to my hearing loss. Any problems I've had with my hearing aids over time have been promptly dealt with by Patricia or Garth. I would recommend Audia to any friends or relatives with any hearing related issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a number of years now, my husband and I have been clients of Dr. Patricia Sandercock. We are so glad that our friends referred us to her. She is professional, competent and kind. She is also patient; in one instance I had trouble adjusting to a new hearing aid; after a reasonable time, she replaced it with a different brand which worked well. Her husband, Garth, handles the front desk and minor repairs. He always makes us welcome when we phone or come in, and he addresses our issues promptly. We have appreciated both Patricia's and Garth's care.
