★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve DeGraaf, my therapist has been my light at the end of the tunnel. I went to him for my habit of constant worrying. During the first session, we set some goals for this journey and what I expected to achieve. He provided me some articles and suggested a couple of books which I found immensely helpful and life-altering. Over the sessions, slowly and slowly I uncovered layers of my personality and found where the worry and fears were coming. He also helped me change my perspective on a lot of things that made it easier to think about those things. I am a lot better and empowered today due to his psychotherapy. If you are looking for someone who can patiently listen and help you navigate through this journey called life, Steve is your person.
