We had to borrow a car from family to keep our holiday plans. Very dissatisfied with Kia’ lack of customer service.

C	Charles Smid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much like James Palmer's review last month, WTK had my vehicle for 9 days and it was impossible to get a progress report from the service staff. Over the course of those days staff members 'took down my number' SEVEN times and promised to have a rep call me back. I finally got a call back when my vehicle was ready. The person who cashed me out could have acknowledged that they were one of the people to whom I'd spoken on the phone and been somewhat apologetic (I eventually asked for their name making it awkward to not acknowledge this). But there seemed to be an instinct to wriggle out of the situation rather than face it.

Brought my vehicle in on a Monday for noise coming from the front end I told them to take it for a road test on the highway, even at 40km they couldn’t hear anything. I told them I don’t want my car back until they fix it. Tuesday comes they took it for a road test they hear the noise but can’t seem to figure out where it’s coming from. I HAD TO PAY FOR MY OWN RENTAL. The “service manager” wouldn’t even cover a rental for me when it’s a brand new 2021 with only 14,000km. My vehicle has been there for a week no update I had to call. Eventually the service manager started to text me. On the Thursday he said “ Hi Alyssa, the noise is still persistent. We will be swapping parts from another K5 that we have in our inventory, starting with the left front driveshaft. I will need to clear space in the shop in order for us to do so as this will require two hoists. All are in use at the moment. It is doubtful that we will be able complete the swap on both cars before 4pm today. Are we able to hang onto your vehilce for another night? the service manager he claims to be should of covered my rental, but should not tell the customer that there going to swap parts. I would not recommend this dealership at all
