β β β β β I had the best experience and service from George Redak at Old Mill/East Side Chevrolet. He worked so hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and the service was above and beyond. I cannot recommend George highly enough as he truly makes you feel like family and is the reason why I continue to lease with Chevy!

β β β β β Raymond is a Service Advisor. He explained clearly what my car needed, and got the work done quickly. Knowing that parts will take a day or 2, he quickly arranged a rental for me as soon as I said I need a vehicle and he took care of the return. Great Service. Knowledgeable of the timeline needed and to explain the services in a way that was easy to understand.

β β β β β I financed a 2015 VW Golf from this dealership! They were honest, helpful and did a great job at communicating with me via email & phone call. Iβm giving 3/5 stars, only negative feedback: The car was washed on the outside and only wiped down on the inside when I came to pick it up. I had to pay someone to clean the inside of the car due to chemical build up left on the back (leather) seat from being sprayed down and not properly detailed/ cleaned. A little disappointed for the $28k I spent I couldnβt have a properly cleaned car but itβs not a huge deal though! All and all positive experience, would recommend to a friend :)

β β β β β After visiting this dealership numerous times, I have never had a good experience here. However, I have had my vehicle damaged and always returned to me dirtier then I leave it with them. (Muddy boots in the back seats, door panels kicked with muddy boots, greasy finger prints left all over, trunk lid scratched, front bumper lower lip hit). Customer be aware. I would highly suggest inspecting your vehicle first to ensure this place hasn't damaged your property before paying the outrageous bill they charge for their "quality" work. Moving forward I would rather drive a bit, and go to a more reputable GM dealership where I've had the world of a difference in experiences. I would never recommend this place!!!!

β β β β β Ray handled my service request to fix/replace the alternator of my car. I found him and the entire team to be extremely professional, courteous and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the nice touch of the courtesy cleaning after the work was done. This was not my first time going to this location and I have found it to be consistently above reproach in terms of customer service standards.

I can say that we have our new car with 100% satisfaction. The finance manager, Matthew, also does his best to get you done quickly. Amazing!
