He puts you and your needs first as appose to making that one extra dollar. I was having some post accident issues with my car and as the original body shop was giving me such a hard time and causing me alot of stress, Empire was recommended to me by my brother. I brought my car to Raul and I must say this is the place to go for all your auto needs. Raul and his staff are so easy to deal with, they are the most honest and polite people I have dealt with in the industry. Raul knew how much stress these issues had been causing me and he made sure to make the situation a lot less stressful and easy going, he dealt with the insurance appraiser and made sure everything was provided in a timely manner. Raul was quick to answer my phone calls and text message responding to everything I had questions or inquiries about and he never once brushed me off. I'm really glad I was referred here because now I will not want another place for body/maintenance on my car. When the vehicle was delivered to me, it was spotless on the inside so this was a fantastic bonus to me. I cant THANK enough Raul and his team for the amazing work and process of getting my ride fixed!

Raul is always willing to go the extra mile and extremely helpful and friendly. The BEST! All my kids cars (3) and both of our cars I only trust of our cars only to come here to Empire! Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed. Raul is the absolute best! ?

This mechanic is the biggest money grab and will rip you off for every last penny in your wallet. Steer clear from this horrible service mechanic... and Raul!
T	TorontoGamer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place you can take your car. my brother brought his own parts and was over charged by a lot... when he complained about the over charge they started with threatening him with thuggish attitude. the owner STATED he was with the MC Cormick's boys a well know gang in Toronto. my brother left and went to other mechanic and was told they would have done it for a lot cheaper. This is not an honest place, please take my review into consideration and go somewhere else, I will save you money and hassle.. I had to give one star but I would have gave zero star..
