★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged them for their wills package. Emailed forms July 2021, did not get until Oct 2021. OK, yes, pandemic, no big deal. However, I never heard from them after that despite multiple follow-ups; had to go elsewhere. Disappointed.
