Such a great team of experts that work so well with children. My kids are super timid at the dentist and the entire team has made their experience better, as well as mine. Patty really stood out to us with our latest cleaning visit. She was amazing with our son! So patient and creative in helping him relax to get the job done. Sandy is always a pleasure and you can tell she cares deeply about what she does.

We were referred for a filling once my son developed a fear of needles at the "adult" dentist and they didn't have the time to console him. They used the nitrous oxide and had the tv and headphones set up for distractions so he did just fine. Toys/video games were available in the waiting room for my other son to play with but not an over the top play center.

Don't lose your money, make sure first time frame for treatment and confirm fee. My kid has pain right now and they're giving time after Christmas almost 5 months head for treatment. Now looking another dentist and maybe have to pay again for visit and xray.

DON'T GO HERE!! DISHONEST OFFICE MANAGER. NOT IMPRESSED!! Our child's one hour appointment cost over $800, and no staff here thought it would be a good idea to submit a claim estimate to the insurance company before proceeding with the work. Only after the claim was processed did we find out that certain things were not covered and our family is on the hook for almost half!! I called to ask why they didn't check to see what would be covered and was told it's not up to them to proactively request this from the insurance company as they can't do it without the patient requesting it. Fine, I acknowledge that we should have thought to request this estimate to be submitted from the start, but it seems to me that when the people who work there day in and day out knowing certain services are typically not covered, it should be common practice to remind patients that they should request the estimate so they aren't blindsided with an unexpected $378 bill. The office manager then LIED to me (on the phone and in writing) claiming "Any adjustment, deletions or write offs to claims that have been submitted to any insurance company are classified as insurance fraud. Once a claim has been submitted, we no longer can touch that claim.". She said they can't adjust the previous invoice, but they would provide a discount on future services; which seemed fair in that moment. BUT, I contacted my insurance provider to confirm whether what she said was true and I was told that any claim can be adjusted within 730 days of the service date. All the provider has to do is submit a correction to the insurance company. What a LIAR you are JS!!! I hope you don't continue to LIE TO PATIENTS going forward and that people think twice before booking an appointment here. When I called back to discuss my concerns over her DISHONEST and MISLEADING statement, I was told that they knew we made an appointment with another Dentist and they would not discuss any further. OF COURSE WE WOULD BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE WE DON'T GET BLINDSIDED! Thanks for nothing.

Do not take your children here!!! We took our two year old son here for a check up. They told us he had SIX CAVITIES and that they would have to SEDATE HIM TWICE! I said absolutely not and we went to a different dental office for a second opinion. Guess what?, he only had TWO MINIOR cavities that would require NO SEDATION and could be fixed using air abrasion. I cannot believe the racket this clinic is running.

I called and booked my son an appointment, paying their $100 deposit to hold his spot weeks in advance. Taking time off work for that day in advance, they called the day before to reschedule. I agreed and rebooked. Again they did the same thing the day before his appointment, it's so disgusting that I need to take time off work weeks in advance yet they can't even honour a time and date, for any working moms out there this place is not for you because you'll be taking time off work just to get canceled on.

The doctor and the people who do the work are still very nice, but the receptionist was very unpleasant. I had to reschedule my child's appointment, so I asked " May I reschedule my child's appointment because we will not be able to go this day and time." When I asked to reschedule, she was blunt and asked me "why". I explained, but she was not very happy about it and asked me "When ?" impatiently and took a little high handed attitude towards to me. It is not very professional manner and not proper customer service. I've been going to this dentist for 6 years and I'm very disappointed because I've never had anything like this before. I decided to go to a different dentist.

Can't say anything about the dentists but the lady in the reception was AWFUL! From the moment we entered she was so rude and didn't answer my inquiries (was literally refusing to answer and starring at me with hate, I even asked if they are open as I thought from her attitude we are keeping her while her workday was over). We walked out in shock and even if the doctors are great there (which I doubt now) just because of the front desk lady I'm not gonna take my child there.
