In february 2022, i went to WI ford to start shopping for a new car.My lease would be ending in May 2022. I was in love with the new Bronco sport. I was able to test drive a demo and was convinced that would be my car.The sales man at that time did not convince me that he knew his products,he was not interested in making a sale and left me discouraged,so i went to Hawksbury Ford where my previous experience was fantastic.When i went back to WI ford to return my leased escape,I met Samuel Tobin. He was not going to let me leave without My dream car.Within 30 mins,he was able to get me my Bronco at the payment i wanted.It was in fact the car i test drove in February. 7 days later i was driving my Bronco, a demo but with all the bells and whistles .Extremely happy with the experience at WI ford, service was great and follow up questions answered promply.

Charbel Khoury was THE best service agent at West Island Ford. I have never, ever received such good service from anyone! Owning a Ford Escape for the past 8 years, I have had to deal with others service agents that were simply sub-par. My husband and I dealt with Charbel Khoury for the first time and I believe that he is an asset to this dealership! I would not hesitate to go back especially if he is the one to help. He helped us fix the problem and made sure that it got fixed with ease. Thank you Charbel!

(you can see an update to this post at the end..upgraded to a 3 star) I want to make an official complaint about this dealer.. I am buying a Ford Mach e for my daughter and sent her to sign the contract and make a deposit. I also bought a Mach e for my son . I took it in Ste-Agathe because one of their client upgraded to a higher trim so his became available. They both have the same model and options but West Island Ford was pricing the car 2000$ over MSRP. When I asked why they said they included a VIP option with lock nuts, Aquapel and courtesy cars when you go for service. I asked that they removed the option which I didn't need and they told me they would reimburse my deposit because they do not sell any cars without the VIP option. This is dishonest an just a way to sell cars over MSRP. I will buy elsewhere but could not let this practice go without posting it. And to add insult to injury, they wanted to do a financial check on me even if I am buying cash because they wanted to make sure I am not a "dishonest" reseller, buying cars to resell with a mark-up. Funny they would challenge my honesty with shady practices like theirs. Update on April 14th. Upgraded to 3.. I got a personal call from the owner which was a nice touch. He explained his position about the VIP option and listen to my complaint and constructive criticism. He strongly believes in the value of that 2000$ option but I ultimately believe the cost of it has to be clear which it wasn't and it has to be an option, not an obligation which he assures me it is. Could have been a mis-understanding in the end, I will let all of you be the judge by your own experience.

Came in to check out two different car models. I took one for a test drive. When I came back, I very politely informed the salesman that it wasn't to my liking. As soon as I started saying that I'd like further information on the other model, he got in the car and blurted out "see ya later" without further interaction. We just turned around and left. It's crazy to see how they're only sales driven and give no care once they see that they can't make their commission on the spot. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Great service. I ordered a Ford Bronco a year ago. They honored the deal, price, terms etc. I've heard many stories where this wasn't the case and dealerships were charging more for cars.

Dealership is well set up. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sales offer good information. Showroom does not include all models but to see other models it's easy to book online.
