Dr Prabhakaran is my (and my children's) family doctor and Doctor Ruben is my husband's. They are exceptionally knowedgeable, thorough, and helpful. We are always made to feel like a priority; they have accommodated us last minute many times. The office is clean, the staff are so kind and hepful, and walk-in as well as appointment wait times have not been long at all. We also really appeciate the phone consultaton option during the last few months.

He is a extremely knowledgeable caring person who always takes the time to look after all of your medical issues. He has a good network of professionals in all fields who he will refer you to for specialized health care. I actually look forward to my appointments with him, as he always treats me with respect and has amazing disposition and sense of humor. One time I asked for a prescription for my massage for my back injury they charged me 30 dollas. The next time the Doctor filled my vaccinations form for my school, they told me to pay 80 dollars. Usually any form is 20 dollars. So cruel. Never ever I will come back to this clinic. In terms of booking an appointment to see my doctor, I waited two months. The staffs are rude and unprofessional.

Ansari has been a very supportive, knowledgeable doctor for me for many years. Previously she was at ellesmere clinic and now here. Both clinics, I've seen her as my family Dr. She also saw my kids and was very kind and helpful and had the right diagnosis for us all. Our family still see her. Mostly virtual call as we prefer that than going to the clinic. Overall, I'm glad I found her 6 years ago!
C	Cactus Desert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ruben seems to think this is ok. I dropped off a USB in morning and returned 4 hours later. I challenged the staff who talked to him. He came out and put on call on the dash thinking this was OK. He proceeded to tell me he had called the police on me. I run fight for your rights canada and find this completely unacceptable.

We had a phone consult with a doctor who wrote a prescription and requested that we fill it at the pharmacy attached to their offices . Said we could pick it up in 30 minutes. I waited an hour, went to pick up the medication and was told i had to physically walk the prescription the 8 steps from the doctors reception desk to the pharmacy desk. Then they told me i needed to wait 1 hour for them to fill the prescription. THEY MADE ME DRIVE TO THEIR OFFICE TO WALK THE PRESCRIPTION FROM ONE DESK TO ANOTHER IN THE SAME OFFICE!! Completely ridiculous.

He listens, he's empathetic and he tries his best for my family and that's the most I could ask for. The clinic is not perfect, but I know that Dr Rubin cares and he's trying to make it better. So because of that, I'm happy to give five stars.
