★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience when I visit this mechanic shop. I took my Audi A5 and S5 here to get the brakes replaced and my regular car maintenance like oil change, tire repairs and swapping, wheel alignment services etc.
Ibraheem has always been honest with what repairs my car needed urgently and what isn’t dangerous and could wait until my next visit. He was able to diagnose my car problems that Audi themselves were unable find and were not enthusiastic about fixing. It’s usually hard, as a female, to find a mechanic you can trust, but I’m glad I found my forever one!
I am able to leave my car at the repair shop and someone usually gives me a ride home or to work. Sometimes I take a loaner vehicle while I wait if there’s one available. It is a super convenient and all services are very fairly priced in comparison to the other shops in Scarborough and Toronto. The quality of work and customer service is amazing so I will continue to bring mine and my family’s cars here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked this place out a week ago. The owner/staff are friendly and laid back, but also very professional. Since it wasn't a very busy day (bad weather that day), staff offered to drop me off at home while waiting for my car to be serviced. I appreciated them staying in communication with me during the servicing to keep me in the loop. In the end, they were honest with me about what did and did not need to be done to my car. I find these guys trustworthy, they seem like good guys. Looking forward to taking my car back there next time I need to get it serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners have changed. Dropped my unit of Friday , told it would be ready Monday. Come back Wednesday nice bull of $2300 ok. Then they tell me.i have a wheel bearing in the rear they missed and needs to be replaced . Instead of being reasonable and knocking a bit off the labour because they already had the brakes off they think it's ok to charge full pop .
They tell me.they gave a discount on the labour, but all they did was knock off $5 per hour but each job they went over what Mitchell's would charge you. Mitchell's is a widely used program to determine labour on mechanics level of experience.
Use to bring all my cars here, definetly not .
Avoid at all cost, your local dealership will give better parts and the labour isn't far off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in the neighbourhood and finding a trustworthy mechanic is very difficulty. I've been to Samad automotive a few times and the professionalism and quality of work is exceptional. More recently, a staff member Camar, fixed on going issue with my wheel alignment. His customer service skills were excellent and he ensured that my vehicle was to my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LADIES BEWARE !! Quoted me for a service of 500$ To fix wiper blades only to bring it to another mechanic and they told me it was just a loose screw….and now it’s fixed… no charge, no 270 dollar brand new part. Not to mention I drove all the way there Got caught I. Rain without wiper blades for them to charge me 80$ to inspect something that they were wrong about. And y’all were recommend by a friend. Classic take a advantage of a women and her car….aweful customer service. The worst I ever had tbh.
