A	A B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dental office prides themselves on excellent customer service/experience and it shows. They are over the top friendly, kind and willing to go the extra mile. I got annoyed with the million email and text reminders regarding an upcoming appointment and once joked that I don't know how anyone could miss their appointment with all of those reminders. The lady must have felt bad and immediately gave both myself and my husband a gift card as an apology for the hassle. It was totally unexpected but definitely appreciated, a small gesture like that goes far with me. There are other dental offices muuuuuccch closer to us but my family and I choose to keep coming back to this lovely place. Sadly most businesses don't seem to care or demonstrate their value for customers anymore. It seems good customer service is hardly a priority these days, it's hard to even get a "have a great day" or even a "hello" in a drive thru line for coffee. Every business should learn and strive to be like the Ritz Carlton on how they demonstrate exceptional customer service. Recognition is much deserved for West Grande Prairie Dental and I hope they never change.

The assistants were also kind and always made sure I was comfortable. My Dentist was awes, he built rapport and answered all my questions. I will be back and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

We have 100% dental coverage with a once a year $50 deductible. I still wound up paying almost $140 and they are now telling me I owe them another $40 or so to clear up my account. Definitely not going again as I can go to any other office and not pay almost another $200.

I LOVE that they offer honest, practical and thorough explanation of options for taking care our dental needs. I also have been THRILLED with their orthodontist, Dr. Schalk and his staff. They have above and beyond to make sure our experience has been the absolutely best and we love the results from Invisalign! Great job!
S	Shawn Watchorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very smooth process for a root canal and fillings so far. Never any issues communicating with my two dentists. Dr. Wu, and Dollywall were very gentle. I even had an hour nap at my last procedure Front end staff are quick and waiting room times are kept low.

If no stars was an option that would be what they get. Maybe I had the wrong person on the wrong day but that represents the company and will never after 6 years of loyalty ever deal with them ever again.
E	Eastcoast Kid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 4 wisdom teeth and one molar pulled, was in and out in 45 mins and 24 hrs later I don't even need my pain killers Dr Clyde prescribed me. Was very nervous going into surgery but they reassured me everything would go great and it did. 1000% will be coming back.

Erin, the sedation coordinator has mistakenly cancelled my husbands procedure 4 times without adequate notice. He is suffering and in pain and refuses to acknowledge this. She lies and says it's due to the front staff needing better training. But it's her, Erin, the IV sedation coordinator, that keeps cancelling his appointments. My husband is in pain and has been waiting months for this sedation appointment and she keeps cancelling it. Most recently she said it was due to staffing issues, the time before that is was due to the dentist having hurt his back, the time before that was due to the front staff not knowing that his appointment was confirmed via text message. Erin treats our family different and lets other "more important" people take the appointments because she thinks our disabilities make us unaware of the unfair treatment. If you or a loved one has a disability DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It's not an inclusive environment. This dentistry place is ableist and doesn't have enough staff.
