My concern was waste water from RO not being used, so Sonny came up with idea of re using RO waste water for non essential water use in house.
Very professional team on time and excellent workmanship.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had no water coming to the house late on a Tuesday afternoon and , after calling West Country Wednesday morning, had Rob & Mike onto the acreage 12:30 pm Wednesday. They worked hard all afternoon, on a hot day, to fix our water well issue...which was electrical; both down hole in the well and at the circuit breaker. Our pressure tank was also affected but that was remedied as well.
I have no problem recommending West Country to anyone looking for help with their water well. They came to us from word of mouth and I'm very happy we used their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up one morning with no water! Got in touch with Rob and explained the situation. He said he would have his guys come by the house to do a diagnostic. Reid and Dan came by a short time later and determined we needed a new well pump. As it turned out we also needed a new pressure tank. The guys got the job done in no time. We were up and running by mid-afternoon. We certainly appreciated the fast service, professionalism and quality work. Thanks guys!

I had a lot of questions about the water system, and they were able to address everything in a timely manner. I was shocked that they were able to get the water system up and running within 1 day also explained how the system works before leaving. They went above and beyond the scope of the contract. The price was great, and Sonny did not try to upsell me. I'm thankful and grateful to him and his team (Nick, Courtland, and Reid). Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having no luck with local area companies, I called West County Pump about a new pressure tank.
Sonny and Ivan were amazing and very helpful in quoting and talking with me about what needed to be done and the best plan.
Dan was amazing on the day of install, was quick and efficient. Went above and beyond to make sure all the livestock water bowls worked after the tank was replaced.
The invoice arrived the next day and the price for work done was more then fair.
Very happy with the team from WCP. I will definitely be a return customer for any other well and water system needs!
