Trinity Water and Septic - Red Deer

The Tech (Daniel) came to shock my water well system. He was punctual and very personable. He was patient in answering all my questions as this was the first time I used a professional service for well shock. I highly recommend their service and will certainly call on them again for any of my well needs.

Daniel the technician is polite and efficient. Erika at the office got me quotes earlier than expected and gets the job done. Great company to deal with. They are a little pricey but worth every penny. I would definitely hire/recommend them to do a well/septic test again.

We hired Trinity Water and Septic to do a water and septic inspection for our property purchase. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgable and took the time to answer all of our questions in detail. The report arrived the same day with all of the recommendations needed to bring the system up to date.

We had Trinity in to inspect our system before we bought the house, and we recently had them in to clean out our tank again, they were prompt and were able to get here the next day! Great service all around.

I am leaving this review based our experience with Trinity when things don’t go as planned and the way they chose to handle the situation. We hired Shauna and her team to supply and install a reverse osmosis and iron filter system at my fathers acreage so he could have fresh water. We chose this company based mostly on the reviews we seen on google and Facebook. The Initial experience was good until there was a problem with the systems. The reverse osmosis system ($1000) - Trinity supplied and installed a faulty RO system that within 2 hours caused a severe leak that caused water damaged to his 2 year old laminate floor (yes we tried new o rings that was supplied same result), the system had no emergency leak valve the automatically closes the water valve off that most system come with, we withheld payment until we could get a resolution. Instead of sending someone out to replace the new faulty system Shauna denied us any warranty or a replacement on the system, at that point we then requested their insurance info she denied us their insurance info, she then accused us of attempting to fraud the insurance company. At the point we agreed that they can come and remove the faulty system. After coming out and uninstalling their RO system Trinity still submitted a claim against us through MetCredit collections saying the account has not been paid for and denied having our agreement about removing the system. We installed a $300 system off Amazon that works great and has a emergency leak shut off valve never had any issues. The Iron filter system ($2000) - After the install we noticed the iron filter run off line that does not completely drain, water sits in the line in a 10-15 ft section under the crawl space under the home that is within 1ft of exposed air, tempts reach near -40c and will freeze, the iron system also started to leak from a valve near the head, after Trinity denied us any warranty on a new $2000+ system (that has been paid for) we had to hire another water system company to replace the faulty part, and re-route the improperly routed line cost us $300 to repair the system Trinity supplied and installed I would not recommend Trinity because they did not guarantee their work, they did not warranty their new products they sold us, they did not produce their insurance info when damages occurred, and I think it’s wrong that they are still trying to get paid for a faulty system that they took back. The experience with Trinity has been nothing but stressful on my father who is a senior.

It's funny you rarely need plumbing/septic help on good days... but these guys are always there for us when things start going sour :D Great service, friendly, reliable, responsive. Great company in the Olds area with extra knowledge that us rural folks need to keep our water systems flowing.
