★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely trash customer service. Took 3 weeks to get someone to look at my furnace and thermostat. Then they didn't show up for 5 appointments!!!! Now my furnace is running loud with a burnt plastic smell and my water heaters leaking. Both these things were fine before. Avoid like the plague

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are part of the 'Bear care' club and it's well worth it. For a small monthly fee they come inspect your furnace, ac and hot water tank yearly. This time it was for our furnace. While in the furnace room the Plumber could hear water running. He inspected our toilets and found 2 major issues to fix. We were just complaining about how high our water bill was and wondering why. I guess that was the reason so I'm looking forward to a smaller bill. It's worth it to have the maintenance completed yearly. The plumber they sent was very professional and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with the thorough Bear Care inspection of our furnace. He picked up and made repairs of a water leak that could have caused much damage in the future. He also noticed problems with our water heater and repaired this and flushed out the tank. He provided helpful advice on proper maintenance. We want to request the he be assigned to us next year when he inspects our furnace under Bear Care. We will ask him to also do maintenance on our under-floor water heater when he comes next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hot water tank has had 2 error codes one E4 code and an A4 code. We have been without hot water for 1 week now and we have 2 small children at home. Called and was told no one would be able to come for another week leaving us without hot water for 2 weeks total and were put on a emergency list. Called a competitor who came out same day but was unable to fix the problem due to lack of parts. If someone could give us these 2 parts we need we will fix it ourselves. We are even willing to drive into Red Deer and pick up the parts.

Coordinated well with electrical contractor. Did not get competing bids and assumed competitive. No complaints.

I felt they really went above & beyond in the work they did & the time they spent with us, & I have been very impressed with the work they did. We had reached out to multiple companies for quotes, and though Bruins came up as a midrange quote for what we were looking for, the value they gave us was more than we got from any other company.
