★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a electric machine that was supposed to be new. Turns out it was 2 years old. Also 600 volts were ran through a 208 volt machine roasting to main board. I call steamerica regarding the machine and was told that this was not even supposed to be sold.
Once I received the machine it wasnt working proper. Called National Pressure and spoke to nathan regarding this and scored like he didnt known what happened basically played dumb. Steamerica was nice enough to send me all the information reports and calls that were made from NP to steamerica.
I was told that the machine was supposed to be used for a event as a demo and it was supposed to be sent back, which never happened. When I spoke with a Rep from steamerica they said that they had sent someone there to demo it and could because the machine was not working at all.
National Pressure had cost me over 15 thousand dollars. I was paying for a machine that I could not use for the first 6 months . The also cost me lost revenue with my company. It wasn't until steamerica asked to have the machine sent to them so they could fix and send it back to me. After talking to the Tech Curtis, I found out that they had a pile of work to do to the machine. And was told all this damage was caused the first day NP received the machine.
When i spoke with Nathan about giving the money back for the machine he told me take him to court.
I have never had this bad of an experience with a company before. I lost a lot of money, and had massive amounts of stress put on my business. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

National has stood behind their equipment and services with me from day one, something I really appreciate.

Bought a pressure washer for my business. The salesman was to bring out a separate smaller hand wand and a longer hose but never did. I phoned back and they said it was because my salesman was fired and the manager took over next. This ‘manager’ said he was going to get the hand wand and hose and personally deliver it to me. He did not. I called in again and got the most deepest sincere apology and was assured the item would be delivered to me. They were not. I figured I would just go to another company and purchase the remaining items because national pressure red deer had the absolute worst service I have ever experienced.
Quick to take money and make promises, but terrible at following through was my experience.
I’d recommend elsewhere first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in about a washer I had bought second had that wasn't even one of their own units. Spoke with Nathan. Told me to bring the unit in so he could look at and discuss and hopefully diagnose the issue. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing and he came out and looked at my unit, that I did not buy from them, made a quick diagnosis and proceeded to sell me about $8 in parts.
I did not end up leaving till about 20 minutes after closing and he never mentioned it once. Just took the time to fix my issue and.make sure I was good so I could go to my job the next day and get work done. This was all on a Friday as well.
I don't see this kind of care and professionalism from a company very often and when I upgrade they will be my choice.
