I have been using West Coast Motor Sports for many years now and have to say, I have NEVER, has such friendly, professional, knowledgeable, service. These guys are top notch at what they do. They are honest, trustworthy, and really care about giving you the best service. They are my go to RV parts and service and they should be yours as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! We took our used motorhome in late summer 2020 to get the roof checked out and possibly resealed. John said that the roof was ok but probably was due for replacement within 2 years, so we decided to go with replacement. They were super busy but we made a plan and got a quote. We were not in a rush so it ended up being completed 4 months later (we stayed in contact) but the price didn't change and the work was immaculate.
Best place for RV stuff!!! Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service ever, don’t even consider anywhere else. They truly care and are very conscientious about repairing your unit.
It’s a father and son operation, this is how they can manage to be as good as they are, with the undeniable work ethic they both have.
Also their invoices are very fair.
Another example of their caring attitude was they winterized anything in their yard that wasn’t already done at no charge. Who would do that!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to RV store. Always super friendly and helpful. The only place that will go out of their way to help test parts before you spend money on a new one. Twice I have had either hot water heater or furnace boards that were suspect and they tested the old one before selling me a new one. They even gave me a sizeable discount on a new hot water heater board and turns out the furnace board was working fine, so after further cleaning contacts everything worked.
The store to the North just wanted to sell me a new one and the guys to the South were so unfriendly I walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give these guys 6 stars if I could! I unexpectedly had a problem with my hot water tank on my motorhome while visiting with family in Nanaimo, far from my home in Ontario. Sandy Raddysh recommended West Coast Motor Sport to look at the problem, and even though it was the Friday before the first long weekend of the summer, he called and spoke to Evan who agreed to look at the problem that afternoon. We immediately drove over to their shop, and on the spot, Evan (with advice from John) replaced the pressure relief valve on the hot water tank, which had been leaking. Problem solved! What a relief!! (pun intended!!) These guys get top marks from me!!! Saved the day, especially for my son and family who were taking over the motorhome to do a cross Canada camping adventure, with my 3 young granddaughters, driving back to Ontario. Huge thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. The owner John has helped me out of so many jams with our problem laden class C unit. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate your needs and timelines as much as possible. I had previously had very poor customer service at several other RV places and happy to have found a place that breaks that mold!
