★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad so far but if they screw up the replacement of my most important window I won't be happy.
Update 8 months later...the window hasn't been changed. Despite there being 8 pieces of foreign matter within the sealed unit, the service manager says as long as the window looks good from 10 feet it is acceptable as far as Starline is concerned! With regards to the internal SDL bar drooping down 3/4 inches I guess that is normal too! Not too happy at this point!

Considering we are in a pandemic we had great customer service and a fantastic installation crew. The installers were extremely friendly, professional and exceeded our expectations to make our installation process go smoothly. We highly recommend Starline and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The group of young men that completed the installation were fabulous. All of them were courteous, respectful and a joy to be around. The energy while they worked as a team was delightful. Anthony was particularly strong in his leadership and was resourceful in getting the job done. Thank you your team for a job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible after sales service, I have called them numerous times and they either do not answer the phone or leave you on hold and never return a call. I have a newly installed window that leaks and it is impossible to get any kind of warranty service from the Lantzville branch of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are incredibly happy with the service provided to us over the last 5 years by Dan Ohs and his team at Starline's Nanaimo branch. The Starline windows installed in our 5 year old home started to have significant condensation forming on the inside surface this fall. We called Dan and discussed this issue with him and he brought Chris Agostini, Service & Installation Manager, to our home to investigate. Their site visit brought them to the conclusion that the windows were not the problem and that there must be something within the house causing the interior condensation. They were right, there was a problem with the heat recovery ventilation and once that was remedied the problem was resolved. In our opinion Starline Windows are very fortunate to have Dan and Chris on their team...they are great representatives for this company who are willing to go the extra mile for the customers. Well done gentlemen!

They came with a smile, all introduced themselves and got the job done. Great to deal with and the windows are perfect. I can't say enough good things about our treatment at Starline Windows. Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with were outstanding from start to finish. Dan, who came to our home and gave us great advice on what would look best within our budget. Michelle who promptly supplied us with our quotes, Scott who did the measurements and of course the 4 young men who did the installation. It was a cold, blustery and rainy day the day our windows were installed. Scott, Carson, Drayton and Cody did their jobs with a smile, humour and hard work. We were very impressed with each and everyone of them. We love our new sliding doors and window. We are very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Starline Windows. They should be very proud of their employees and the great pride they took in doing a job well done.
