O	Olivia Krowicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went by this clinic twice in order to attempted to get a new patient form. First time, they closed early, second time, the website said they’re open but they were closed the entire day. The nice pharmacist managed to find me a form to take home to fill out and again, I had to leave the form with the pharmacist because their website hours and actual hours aren’t the same. When I did phone to follow up, I asked about why the hours on the website aren’t updated to reflect their actual hours and was promptly lectured on how doctors like to enjoy their summer too. The receptionist was extremely rude and seemed more interested in scolding me for asking questions about their intake process than with my actual inquiry. At one point I had to ask what I did for her to be so rude because I was genuinely just trying to get an idea if they had even received my new patient form. I can’t comment on the doctors but the reception staff could use some coaching and a simple update of their website would really save all of us a bit of frustration. Them as well as those showing up to a closed clinic. Or better post a PDF of your new patient form on your website and let us email it in.
A	Agnes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The doctor's don't even care about their clients. I called in and said I would be 5 mins late for my apt. The clinic closes at 5 pm. I arrived just before and waited at the front for a few minutes. There were 3 ladies and never none of them even acknowledge me so I stood there just waiting. At 4:56, the doctor left and the reception lady finally acknowledged me as I saw the doctor leave. I asked if they could talk to the doctor. They didn't even care and said it was my fault that I am late and yelled at me. All they cared about was getting out of there and shutting down. Unbelievable!!! Yet if the doctor is late, it's ok. Worst experience ever!!!!! It was my birthday today and experience such a rude clinic.
K	Kytti Eltiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They definitely improved since moving locations, but have been failing patients lately. Cannot even get thru! Either its too busy or they 'this customer is not available' whenever I try to call. Because of being unable to get thru I've run out of a medication, and my mental health is suffering terribly. There are no updates, nothing to explain this on their website. No alternative manners to contact. Just the one number that I can't even leave a message at! Only reason it's not one star is Dr. Stewart has been amazing so far when it was possible to get thru.
T	T Thelland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely best doctors experience five years ago. But absolutely worst office staff today. I've been asking since July for my medical files and Shelby has been absolutely useless. She promises to call you back, promises to send things to you, promises to find out more information for you but never follows through. She knows as well, because if you call often enough that she knows your name and number she will have the other office staff attend your call and leave you on hold because she's "busy". After fighting with her since July for my medical records I have given up and will be filing an official complaint to the CPSBC. By law physicians have to provide you access to your files within 30 days of notice which this clinic has not been able to uphold. Recommendation is, if you have to go here make sure you keep a record of your own files.

Dr.Pater always takes the time to get to the bottom of whatever issue I have. I've seen a few other doctors at this clinic and have had the same experience! The reception staff are kind, appointments can be delayed at times due to others running late.
D	Diana Magallon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love my doctor there, but she moved away and they gave my file to someone else, so I stopped going. However, I went back today because I didn't want to go to another walk-in clinic, and I got the loveliest, most caring and supportive nurse practitioner. I wish she could just be my doctor. She was thorough and kind. I didn't feel like she was just trying to get to the next person. My wait time was basically non-existent. Great experience overall.

He is very attentive to detail, listens to your issues, and usually you don’t have to wait more than 2 days to get to him. And I absolutely love the staff! You’re doing great job, although you are very busy. Thank you!

Between having allergy shots weekly and any random sick appointments with Dr Karmali. All the receptionist are so kind to my little girls, they are always excited to go here rather than kicking and screaming. We’ve been going here for 10+ years and highly recommend! We even moved away for 2 years and they welcomed us back when we returned.
