★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time visiting the clinic and I’ve never had a better medical experience. They were able to give me an appointment within the same week as my initial call and directed me to a specialist within the realm of my main concerns. During my appointment, my practitioner listened to me and worked with me on a variety of concerns. She then recommended some things and explained the directions clearly. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently attended Integrated Health for my son who we are seeking treatment options for and improve his day to day.
The best way I can describe our experience here was engaging with a traditional used car salesmen. The Dr. was more concerned with listing off the price point of the options from most expensive to least. Not once did she speak about performance and benefits or the pros/cons of her suggestions.
After finishing we were charged $175 and then a nasal spray was apparently added that we did not ask for, which was $150(ish). Receptionist didn't appear to believe us when we said that we are not aware of this being added and never asked for it. Eventually she removed it and I ended up paying for the consultation.
I attended with an open mind and some skepticism. I left frustrated. We are there to be educated on the benefits of alternative medicine. We were simply explained the costs of the alternative medicine, I'm still unsure of the benefits right now.
If I can give anyone attending some advice, go somewhere else. If you do go. Stop them from just doing the up-sell and insist on the Dr. to educate you as to WHY you should consider them for help.
Important Note: Does anyone else notice that they only respond to the positive comments and have ignored all the folks who had issue with their service? Food for thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at the clinic are well organised and have a great system and set up with their downstairs area where you can get herbs. They post tinctures to me which is so flexible. My doctor is so well educated and professional and prompt to get work done as soon as possible and/or at my convenience. My doctor also listens so well and the clinic is so helpful to me who lives rurally. Thank you for your support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love dr mcgee but the receptionist Laura by far. Is the worst person I have ever had to deal with. She didn’t even look up at me as I walked in. I was the only person in the office. She was beyond rude. If there is any downfall to this office it is Laura. Everyone else I have met at the office has been beyond nice. Having Laura as the face you walk into the office is not a great face to see. She didn’t even say hi.
